Research interests in Molecular Evolution, Statistical Learning, Information Theory, Network Science, Computational Biology and Bioinformatics and Systems Biology. Particularly, in the field of mutational landscapes, protein design, protein networks,  including prediction of protein and domain interactions for diverse organisms.
