Research – Biomedical Applications

We are interested in applying our methods on cancer data, such as genomic, proteomic data, to unravel the connections between cancer progression, anti-cancer therapeutic effects, and molecular alterations in cancer cells and tissues. Currently, our focus is to uncover protein- drug networks based on expression data, genetic signatures for the sensitivity of popular anti-cancer agents, and provide evidence for personalized medicine.
