Dr. Claude Sinner received his Ph.D. title in Karlsruhe, Germany where he gained experience in elucidating protein folding with the help of structure-based models. Later during his Ph.D. thesis, he built up a new research branch within their computational biophysics research group that focused on simulating tissue development through cellular Potts models.<\/p>\n

In his future work within the\u00a0Morcos<\/span>\u00a0Lab he aims to elucidate complex biological problems by leveraging statistical knowledge, machine learning, and high throughput methods. He is interested both in theoretical works covering evolution on the molecular level and topics with direct medical applications.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
